Streamvale Open Farm Ticket Portal

SCREAMVALE runs from 7pm to 10.30pm. You do not need to arrive bang on 7pm, however, the event will finish at 10.30pm. Last admission is at 9pm. Please leave yourself plenty of time to get around all of the attractions.

1. Tickets can only be used on the date and time selected. If there is availability, we can swap your tickets to another date. If you have any problems, you can call the office on 02890483244 or email help@screamvale.com 
2. Tickets are non-refundable, you can swap the date of your booking or receive a gift voucher for the value. 
3. Tickets must be presented either on your phone or on paper at our entrance. Tickets will be validated and can only be used once.
4. Tickets can be used at any time during your session, however we recommend arriving near the start of your session to make the most of your time, as you will need to leave the yard when the session ends.
5. You must adhere to the Health & Safety regulations at the farm, particularly hand washing after touching or feeding any animals.
6. SCREAMVALE will use intense audio, lighting, fog and special effects. Attendees should expect jump scares and horror-themed content. 
7. You can only attend if you are aged 16+.
8. This Event may not be suitable for individuals with: heart conditions, seizure disorders, claustrophobia, pregnancy, sensitivity to strobe lights or loud noise. 
9. Enter our Scare Attractions at your own risk. Our scare actors will be getting into your personal space, and there is a chance that there may be a small amount of contact in enclosed spaces. No physical violence with our Scare Actors is allowed. Any form of harassment will not be tolerated and could result in removal from the event. By attending, you waive any and all claims against Streamvale Farm LTD, Screamvale Staff, or Scare Actors arising out of any injury, loss, or damage during the Event if the instructions haven’t been followed.
10. Alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
11. Damaging props, sets, or decorations is strictly prohibited.
12. By entering SCREAMVALE, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional or security purposes. All media captured is the property of the Streamvale Farm LTD and may be used across social media, marketing, or future promotions.
